April Sims Arts and Entertainment is far more than just a talent agency. It's a launching pad in the same vein as the Hitsville Studio in Detroit back in the day.
A wise person once said, you can tell a tree by the fruit it bears and with that said, you can tell an entertainment company by the talent it produces.

April Sims affectionately known as "Boss Lady" was born in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area where she still resides today.

She is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters who are her constant inspiration for striving to be the best she can be each and every day.

They say; heavy is the head that wears the crown and April Sims wears many crowns and she is a true renaissance woman that can do it all when it comes to the arts. She is talk show host, spoken word artist (currently working on her debut cd), a poet (currently working on two books of poetry) and photo artist (photographer who is proficient in Photoshop).

Her works touch the very essence of the soul and whispers to the heart deeming her a Heart Whisperer. Her writings keep you hanging on each and every word and hold you with baited breath in anticipation of the next word.

She has been writing since she could hold a pen, but due to high demand has recently started formulating her writing for the public at large to consume. Her kind spirit and selfless attitude have deemed her by many an angel on Earth while her sensual and sultry voice commands her audience.

April Sims Arts and Entertainment is an eclectic group of extremely talented independent artists gathered together under one banner, with one common purpose;

Sometimes I get tired of all the negativity in the world and only if for a little while I wanted to create a perfect environment...

COME DANCE WITH ME

Today I feel as though
I am floating on air
Without a care in the world
Come dance upon my cloud
Where no confusion is allowed
Just you and me
Dancing carefree
No disease
No famine
No hungry children
No homeless families
No war
I wish everyone
Could dance with me
On my beautiful cloud
For eternity
