NOKTURNAL ESCAPE ENTERTAINMENT 

Established in 1999, Nokturnal Escape Entertainment, LLC is a lifestyle entertainment company specializing in event planning, urban marketing and talent booking services. Our mission is to create and assist organizations in developing innovative entertainment experiences through the arts, music and culture. We have produced events such as spoken word poetry readings, theater productions, music concerts and fashion shows. In addition, we have organized entertainment for festivals (First Wednesday Downtown Artwalk, World of Nations-African Village, Chaos Fair, Kuumba African and African American Festival, and the Florida Black Expo), corporations (Metris Corporation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida), arts institutions (African American Cultural Arts Council of Putnam County and African American Cultural Society-Palm Coast) and various entertainment venues.

About The SOUL Underground

Tuesdays 8PM @ OSLO The SOUL Underground Is the belly of the beast.

 The oldest roots of the tree.

It is where SOUL was born, where it is nurtured and loved by all. It is the place where the soulful go to feed their spirits and rejuvenate for another day. Because of the organic and spiritual nature of SOUL, it can only be obtained by those who walk in the light of PEACE. If obtained it has the ability to manifest powers in those who have acquired it.

SOUL is the reward of those who overcome pain. It is the key to enlightenment and the place where all energy meets. Without SOUL you are not alive... The SOUL Underground was evoked by Detroit's Son of SOUL, artist William Scott. It was created to take SOUL artists and their appreciators back to the birthplace of SOUL music. It is a place where music is made from love and pain, the purest of human emotions.

The SOUL Underground was created for Detroiter's and guests to have an alternative, upscale, urban event where they can go to FEEL GOOD! It was created to provide people with a place where great music is guaranteed and to provide Detroiter's with a place where they can directly contribute to the re-emergence of true SOUL music and raising the bar when it comes to supporting Detroit's underground music scene.

Each week The SOUL Underground will feature it's creator and host of the experience, William Scott & his live band, "The Truth". It will also feature two additional SOUL/SOUL inspired artists every week ranging from SOUL/R&B/Hip Hop/Poetics and Jazz Genre's. All artists are pre-auditioned and chosen for performances based on quality and SOUL inspiration. If it ain't inspired, we ain't gettin' higher and that is the goal at The SOUL Underground.
